A.1.1 This appendix lists materials which may liquefy if shipped at a moisture content in excess of their transportable moisture limit (TML).
A1.2 It should be carefully noted that this list of materials is not exhaustive and that the physical or chemical properties attributed to them are for guidance only. Consequently, whenever the sbipment of a bulk cargo is contemplated, it is essential to obtain currently valid information about its physical properties prior to loading.
